How does an Admin reset a User's password?

An Admin or any role which has been given permission to Manage Roles& Users is able to reset a password within Account Management.

📌 If your assigned Role settings has Manage Roles & Manage Users = Yes, you can access the Account Management tabs.

  1. From the Main Menu, Click on Account Management →
  2. Click Users Tab
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the User's account
  4. Click Reset Password
