How does an Admin reset a User's password?
An Admin or any role which has been given permission to Manage Roles& Users is able to reset a password within Account Management.
📌 If your assigned Role settings has Manage Roles & Manage Users = Yes, you can access the Account Management tabs.
- From the Main Menu, Click on Account Management →
- Click Users Tab
- Click the pencil icon to edit the User's account
- Click Reset Password
