Add new users to the system and define their roles/privileges by selecting the Manage Accounts link from the main menu.
- Add Users
From the Main menu, click Manage Accounts to manage Users, Roles and Archived Users.
Click on the Users tab (1) to manage Users. Click the Add Account (2) button, you can add new users to SaaSLicence, enter New Account (3) and click Create Account (4) as well as edit existing user information. If you would like to grant access to a user to also be a 'Super User' (the ability to add new accounts), please check the Global Admin box (5) before saving.
- Define Roles
Before adding Users, consider defining Roles and privileges to assign to your Users.
- From the Main Menu, Click on Manage Accounts
- Click on the Roles Tab
- Click on Create Role
- Name the new Role, for example:
Global Users having all permissions turned ‘On’
Regular Users who can not manage users/roles, deactivate Apps or maintain company information.
- Assign permissions by toggling Permitted from No → Yes
- Refer to the table below for permission area/access descriptions

Deactivated Applications |

A License Catalog can be published to your entire organization. To do so, create a role setting License Catalog permission = Yes, all else = No. When this role is added to a user’s primary role, the user is able to access the license catalog to request provisioning for a certain license. |

Restore Deleted Applications |
Company Settings→ Deactivated Applications → Activate Once an app is deleted, it is added to the deactivated applications for a period of time. Users can purge (delete) or restore (activate). |
Restrict to Department Applications |
Restrict access to pertinent applications dictated by budget owner. Budget ownership is defined within each individual application’s contract details tab. For example, if you desire to provide a Sales employee limited access to only ‘Sales’ related applications, first create a role named Sales, with the Sales restriction applied and assign this role to appropriate users. Users having this role assignment are granted access to only the applications (contracts) having been assigned ‘Sales’ in the Contract Details budget owner field. |
Restrict to Department Contracts |
