How do I add custom fields to contracts?
Add custom fields to contract details to enrichen contract data and make readily available for report building.
Track PO numbers, Dept or Vendor IDs by adding custom fields to your application contracts. Your Additional Fields are readily available within the Custom Report Builder
- From an application's Contract Details Tab,
- Scroll down to Additional Information,
- Click on Manage Additional Fields

- Click + Add Field and follow the wizard directions
- To reorder, drag and drop the row
Also, with the SaaSLicense API so you will be able to easily push data into and pull from SaaS License
